Carly tripled her revenue in 5 months

Her number-one bottleneck was that every piece of work ran through her by hand. We removed it. 3x revenue in 5 months, same team, same hours. Here is what actually happened.

The before

Carly Craver runs C2 Infinite Marketing, a founder-led agency. When we started, her operations were chaotic in the way most growing agencies are chaotic. Three things ate her week:

  • Content operations ran through her by hand. Writing, scheduling, adapting client content across platforms. Every piece needed her.
  • Organising subcontractors was manual. Chasing, briefing, coordinating.
  • There was no solid system underneath any of it. Just Carly holding it together.

The bottleneck was never the quality of her work. It was that everything had to go through her. She could not take on more clients without cloning herself.

What I built

A content creation and distribution system wired into her actual stack: Airtable as the data layer, Make.com for the automations, Claude for writing and repurposing, Buffer for posting. A brand voice layer made the output sound like her clients, not like generic AI.

The system generated posts, repurposed long-form material, and scheduled content without Carly in the loop for every piece. The chaos got replaced by a system that runs the same way every week.

What changed

Her income tripled in five months. Not magic. Capacity.

When content operations stopped running through her manually, she could take on more clients without adding headcount or hours. Same team, same working week. The revenue followed the capacity.

The honest part

This was the build that taught me my methodology. Back then I went straight to building. It worked, but I learned the expensive way that the hard part is not the build. It is knowing exactly which bottleneck to point it at.

That is why every client engagement now starts with an audit. Find the number-one bottleneck first, then build. Carly's project is the reason that step exists.
